Job summary

dnata is seeking a Junior Maintenance Technician to support technicians in scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance, fault finding, and repair across equipment, vehicles and plant in our dnata Technical Services Workshops. You will assist with all maintenance tasks, ensure logs are updated, and uphold safety standards to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have a 2+ year background in facilities/maintenance (auto/electric mechanics) and a 2-year trade certificate in engineering, with solid

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• 2+ years experience in Facilities/Maintenance or Auto/Electric Mechanics.
• 2-year trade certificate in engineering.

Responsibilities

• Plans daily tasks in area of work.
• Maintains workshop housekeeping and tools.
• Diagnoses and repairs faults to minimize downtime.
• Records maintenance activities in log book/Maintenance Management System.
• Follows safety procedures to prevent injury and damage.
• Notifies technicians of spare parts and tools needed.
• Carries out scheduled maintenance per standards and regulations.
• Assists in maintaining Ground Support Equipment or heavy vehicles.
• Assists in maintaining/repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing facilities.
• Maintains/repairs GPU, PCA, and generators.
