Job summary

The Immigration Office in Dubai is seeking a client-focused immigration consultant to assess eligibility for Canadian and Australian programs and to support the sales cycle by handling new leads and scheduling consultations. You will draft initial roadmaps and keep client records updated in our CRM.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in immigration consulting or related roles, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong English communication skills to explain complex rules clearly to clients in the

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in immigration consulting, sales, or customer-facing roles; UAE market experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, International Relations, or related field.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and administrative tools.

• Support the sales cycle by managing incoming leads, scheduling consultations, and contributing to monthly team targets.

• Communicate clear, fact-based information to prospective clients to build trust and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Conduct preliminary assessments for strong Canadian Express Entry PNP and Australian Subclass 189 190 491 strong point-based programs
• Support the sales cycle by managing incoming leads scheduling consultations and contributing to monthly team targets
• Draft initial immigration roadmaps based on current regulatory frameworks for review by senior team members
• Communicate clear fact-based information to prospective clients to build trust and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Maintain accurate client records and tracking within the CRM database

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in immigration consulting, sales, or customer-facing roles (experience within the UAE market is a plus).
• Basic foundational understanding of or strong interest in Canadian and Australian point-based immigration systems.
• Exceptional command of English; ability to communicate complex details clearly and professionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and general administrative tools.
