Job summary

Right Decision Consultancy in Dubai seeks an motivated Immigration Sales Executive to guide individuals and families through the immigration journey, connecting them with our visa consultancy services.

You will generate leads, conduct consultations, present services, and build lasting client relationships in a performance-driven environment, with commission incentives and career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development or customer service; immigration consultancy experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads through phone calls, networking and referrals.

• Present our immigration services professionally and confidently converting inquiries into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through timely follow-ups and excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales business development or customer service (experience in immigration consultancy is an advantage).
• Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are highly desirable.
