You will work closely with the culinary team to maintain quality, portion control, and food safety standards, while supporting a positive, collaborative kitchen environment. Evening and weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' of culinary or kitchen experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communications in English.
• Thorough understanding of occupational health and safety issues.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for food.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead a team of cooks by assigning specific duties.
• Maintains cleanliness and order in kitchen areas.
• Ensure quality and consistency of all dishes and standard recipes.
• Adhere to portion sizes as specified by the Executive Chef.
• Cook according to HACCP standards and proper utensil hygiene.
• Monitor china and glassware integrity and supervise staff accordingly.
• Comply with all government, safety, health, and security standards.
• Foster a positive, collaborative kitchen environment.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
