Job summary

Al Marwan Group in the UAE seeks a motivated Civil Engineer to join the Piling Division, supporting piling and foundation activities, site operations, project execution, and technical coordination. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and junior engineers aiming to develop hands-on piling and foundation engineering skills, with exposure to site supervision and documentation.

You will read drawings, participate in inspections, and learn from senior engineers on challenging projects

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil or geotechnical engineering from a recognized university.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
0–2 years of civil construction/piling experience is an advantage.
Able to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documents.

Responsibilities

Support execution and supervision of piling and foundation works at project sites.
Assist with site inspections, measurements, and monitoring of construction activities.
Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and other technical documents.
Maintain site records, progress reports, and project documentation.
Monitor work progress and ensure activities follow approved drawings and requirements.
Support quality and safety requirements during piling operations.
Assist senior engineers with technical and site-related activities.
Develop practical knowledge of piling methods, equipment, and foundation construction techniques.
