Job summary

Client of Global Human Capital Group in Dubai is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support banking operations, customer service metrics and process performance.

You will gather requirements, prepare Excel reports and basic dashboards, analyze trends and assist user testing and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Information Systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and structured problem solving.
• Exposure to Power BI, SQL or process mapping is desirable.
• Clear written communication and attention to detail.
