As a Junior Biofuels Broker you will

• Build your client portfolio by actively seeking new opportunities through direct outreach including cold calling and developing long-term business relationships
• Generate leads by creating and maintaining a targeted pipeline to fuel your outreach efforts
• Work towards clear PnL goals and take ownership of your performance
• Support and execute trades with precision ensuring smooth and efficient transactions
• Engage with clients through calls online platforms and face-to-face meetings ensuring you understand and meet their specific needs
• Monitor market trends and provide clients and stakeholders with daily updates on pricing and relevant insights
• Learn from senior brokers and develop your knowledge of the biofuels market

1 to 3 years of experience in brokerage or physical trading (biofuels/feedstocks experience preferred, but general physical trading experience also considered). Fluent in English (any other language is a plus) Strong sales and relationship-building skills with a results-driven mindset. An entrepreneurial spirit, proactive attitude, and a passion for staying ahead of market trends. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and clients with ease.
