Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Junior Architect / Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support architectural and interior design projects from concept development to technical drawings, presentations, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural and interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning.
• Prepare 2D technical drawings, detailed plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.
• Create 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for client proposals.
• Develop mood boards, material selections, color schemes, furniture layouts, and design concepts.
• Prepare design presentations, project documentation, material specifications, BOQs, and finishing
• Coordinate with senior architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Conduct site visits and assist in monitoring project progress and design implementation.
• Review drawings to identify discrepancies and coordination issues.
• Assist in preparing tender documents, quotations, and technical submissions.

• Revise drawings and designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Ensure designs comply with project requirements, quality standards, and applicable building regulations.
• Maintain organized project files, drawings, and design documentation.
• Research current architectural and interior design trends, materials, and innovative design solutions.
• Support the team in meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality design outputs.
• Perform other design-related duties as assigned by the Senior Architect or Design Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Knowledge of Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Strong creativity, technical drawing, visualization, and presentation skills.
• Good communication, teamwork, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• A strong portfolio showcasing architectural or interior design projects is preferred.
