Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Manager - Data Analytics to lead the end-to-end analytics agenda for a business domain, partnering with senior stakeholders to translate challenges into actionable use cases and measurable value.

You will drive analytics delivery, ensure governance, data quality, and responsible AI, and mentor the analytics team to deliver high-impact insights across operations and executive levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with 6-9 years analytics experience.
• 2+ years of team leadership and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to retail, FMCG, e-commerce, customer analytics, pricing, inventory, etc.
• Ability to translate business challenges into analytics use cases with measurable value.
• Technical leadership in SQL, Python/R, BI platforms, cloud data technologies, and AI-enabled analytics.
• Champions data quality, governance, privacy, and responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end analytics agenda for a business domain and align analytics with strategy.
• Translate challenges into a prioritized portfolio of analytics use cases with value targets.
• Lead analytics projects from scoping to delivery with high-quality insights.
• Drive adoption and business impact by embedding analytics into decision processes.
• Develop insights through advanced analysis, data storytelling, and performance reporting.
• Establish analytics standards, governance, data quality controls, and privacy compliance.
• Build scalable analytics capabilities and foster innovation and continuous improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the analytics team.
