Pioneer Medical Services in Abu Dhabi seeks a meticulous Junior Accountant to maintain general ledger, prepare journal entries, and support monthly closings. You will assist in budgets, forecasts, and audits while ensuring VAT/ GST compliance and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 1–3 years of experience, and Tagalog speaking is preferred. Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or Xero is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Preferably Tagalog Speaking.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain general ledger and record financial transactions.
• Prepare journal entries with supporting documents in compliance with policies.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of bank and credit card statements.
• Prepare financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in audits and tax filings (VAT, GST, corporate tax).
• Process vendor invoices and manage receivables; resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Xero) and advanced Excel
