Job summary

Qualifications

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior General Accountant to join our team in Dubai. This position is open to fresh graduates entry-level accountants with at least 1 year of accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounts payable receivable
• AP AR petty cash management and invoicing
• Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and financial record-keeping
• Support payroll preparation and track daily operational expenses
• Basic understanding of UAE VAT rules and routine accounting documentation
• Maintain records in financial software QuickBooks Zoho Books Tally Excel

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Experience: Freshers welcome with at least 1 year of accounting experience (UAE or home country).
• Fluency in Tagalog and English (Required for internal communication and coordination).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, formatting).

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred (Visit Visa, Cancelled Visa, or Spouse Visa).
