Qualifications

• Solid understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and record journal entries in the accounting system.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts and general ledger accounts.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual close activities.
• Assist in preparing financial and management reports.
• Monitor expenses, invoices and payments.
• Ensure transactions comply with policies and accounting standards.
• Assist with VAT filings and regulatory reporting.
• Support audit activities with schedules and documentation.
• Maintain organized accounting files and records.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve finance queries.
• Assist in budgeting for business units.
