Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking an Accounts Assistant to help maintain accurate financial records and support timely reporting for management decision-making. The role involves preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements by collecting data from multiple sources and ensuring accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of accounting/finance experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, and familiarity with corporate or financial services environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• ACCA or CPA preferred.
• 1–3 years in accounting/finance roles.
• Experience in corporate/financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records ensuring timely and compliant reporting to support management decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements by compiling data from various sources and verifying accuracy.
• Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts to identify discrepancies and ensure financial integrity.
• Support the accounts payable and receivable processes by verifying invoices, processing payments and tracking outstanding balances.
