Job summary

NMC is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Support professional in Dubai to assist in monthly closings, MIS packs, and data management. The role focuses on preparing schedules, revenue tracking, and ensuring accuracy across financial reports.

You will collaborate with Shared Services, support CBD reporting and variance analysis, and help maintain Excel-based trackers and dashboards for senior finance colleagues.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting/finance roles.
• Freshers with strong Excel skills may be considered.
• Proficient in Excel with pivot tables and lookups.
• Detail-oriented with good data handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly book closing activities.
• Prepare schedules for accruals, prepayments and expense tracking.
• Follow up with shared services on pending entries.
• Compile data for monthly MIS packs and maintain revenue trackers.
• Perform initial variance checks.
• Support CBD reports and doctors’ revenue share workings.
• Maintain supporting schedules and documentation.
• Build and maintain control sheets and financial trackers.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
• Daily follow-up with GL team for posting status, corrections, missing entries.
• Assist in ad-hoc reporting, audits, budgeting cycles, and reviews.

Key Responsibilities

1. Closing Support

• Assist in monthly book closing activities.
• Prepare supporting schedules for:
  • Accruals
  • Prepayments
  • Expense tracking
• Follow up with shared services on pending entries.

2. MIS Preparation Support

• Compile data for monthly MIS packs.
• Maintain and update:
  • Revenue trackers
  • Cost reports
• Perform initial variance checks.

3. Operational Finance Support

• Assist in preparation of:
  • CBD reports
  • Doctors’ revenue share workings
• Maintain supporting schedules and documentation.

4. Data Management & Trackers

• Build and maintain:
  • Control sheets
  • Financial trackers
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports.

5. Coordination with Shared Services

• Daily follow-up with GL team for:
  • Posting status
  • Corrections
  • Missing entries
• Support reconciliation processes.

6. Excel & Reporting

• Use Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic automation) for:
  • Data analysis
  • Report preparation
• Support senior team members in improving reporting formats.

7. Ad-hoc Support

• Assist in ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
• Provide support during audits, budgeting cycles, and reviews.
