Job summary

Euro Staffs in Ras al-Khaimah, UAE, is seeking a Storekeeper for a joinery factory. This on-site role ensures accurate control of materials entering and leaving the site, so production teams receive the right items on time.

You will coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Production Planner, QA/QC, and Project Teams, maintain stock records, and issue materials against authorized requests. Prior experience in joinery, furniture, fit-out, construction, or manufacturing is required.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate should have experience in joinery, furniture, fit-out, construction, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience in receiving, storing and issuing materials with inventory accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Production Planner, Production, QA/QC and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Receiving materials, verifying deliveries against POs and documents, reporting discrepancies.
• Organizing stores, labeling stock, and protecting materials from damage and moisture.
• Issuing materials against authorized requests and maintaining records per project or production order.
• Maintaining accurate stock records, conducting regular counts, and reconciling discrepancies.
• Coordinating with Procurement, Production Planner and supervisors to meet upcoming material needs.
• Maintaining tools, consumables, and orderly, safe workshop and warehouse conditions.
