Handling projects within the recognized scope, schedule and budget while conference or surpassing criteria of top quality. Responsible for entire job monitoring strategy consisting of extent, purchase, production, style, interaction, price, time, danger, project personnels, liquidate and so on. Validating the technological aspect of quotes received from suppliers. Monitoring of billings from sub-contractors based on the job done at website. Strategy and also arrange resources beforehand for the designated site by daily preparation of labor schedule. Quality control of job done at website. Represent company in all job conferences. Call the corresponding regulative authorities to evaluate as well as comment on the finished fit-out jobs for the issuance of occupancy certification. Liquidate and turn over job.
