Job summary

K4 Group, based in Dubai, seeks an experienced Joinery Project Coordinator to oversee joinery and interior fit-out projects from design through production and installation. The role emphasizes strong coordination, communication, and project follow-up skills to ensure on-time completion.

The ideal candidate has a civil/interior/construction background with 5–7 years of relevant experience and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field (civil/interior/construction).
5–7 years of experience in project coordination within joinery or interior fit-out.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients, design, production, and project teams.
Coordinate between production and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and prepare regular reports.
Ensure approved drawings, materials, and other project requirements are available on time.
Follow up on material deliveries, site requirements, and installations.
Maintain clear communication and ensure timely project completion.
