Job summary

K4 Group is seeking an experienced Joinery Project Coordinator in Dubai to oversee joinery and interior fit-out projects from design through production and installation. The role emphasizes coordination, communication, and rigorous project follow-up.

You will coordinate with clients, design, production and site teams, monitor progress, ensure drawings and materials are ready on time, and manage material deliveries to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in project coordination within joinery or interior fit-out.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet deadlines.
