Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience as a Joinery Estimator.
• Experience with joinery manufacturing and UAE suppliers.
• Strong ability to read architectural/interior drawings.
• Excellent English communication and deadline orientation.
• Independent management of the estimation process.

Responsibilities

• Tender documents review and pricing based on drawings and BOQs.
• Understand project scope, specs, and commercial requirements.
• Identify missing information and scope gaps; raise clarifications.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and BOMs from drawings.
• Obtain supplier quotations and ensure competitive pricing.
• Prepare complete project estimates and manage multiple tenders.
