Simple Solutions Exhibition Fitting (L.L.C) in Dubai is seeking a Joinery Estimator to price tenders for turnkey fit-out projects. You will review architectural and interior drawings, prepare BOMs, quantify materials, and coordinate with suppliers, AutoCAD/SketchUp models, and PDF drawings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Tender documents review and pricing based on drawings and BOQs.
• Understand project scope, specs, and commercial requirements.
• Identify missing information and scope gaps; raise clarifications.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and BOMs from drawings.
• Obtain supplier quotations and ensure competitive pricing.
• Prepare complete project estimates and manage multiple tenders.

Key Responsibilities Tender ReviewReview tender documents architectural and interior drawings specifications BOQs and client requirements Thoroughly understand project scope specifications and commercial requirements Identify missing information discrepancies and scope gaps Raise technical and commercial clarifications before finalizing pricing Quantity Take-Off EstimationPrepare accurate and detailed quantity take-offs from PDF drawingsAutoCAD drawingsSketchUp and various 3D formatsBOQsJoinery shop drawingsPrepare detailed strong Bills of Materials BOMs strong and cost breakdowns Calculate material quantities wastage hardware labour manufacturing finishing installation and other project-related costs Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations and ensure competitive material pricing Prepare complete project estimates independently and accurately Ensure pricing supports the company s required profit margins Manage multiple active tenders simultaneously while meeting strict submission deadlines

Mandatory Requirements
