Job summary

Ejadah Asset Management Group LLC is seeking a skilled JCB Driver Operator to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will operate JCB equipment for various site operations, including excavation and site preparation.

With a valid UAE Licence No. 8 and at least 1–3 years of experience, you should understand civil construction safety protocols and be physically fit for outdoor conditions. Basic machine maintenance knowledge is also a requirement.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE Licence No. 8 (JCB Operator).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience operating JCB or similar equipment.
• Good knowledge of civil/construction site safety protocols.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor site conditions.
• Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Operate JCB equipment for excavation, trenching, loading, and site preparation work.
• Handle materials such as soil, debris, sand, and gravel safely using attachments.
• Perform daily inspection and basic maintenance of machinery to ensure proper functioning.
• Follow site instructions, safety procedures, and HSE guidelines at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members for smooth site operations.
