Job summary

Redford Recruiters in Al Ain, UAE is seeking an experienced Backhoe Loader (JCB)-3CX Operator to join our rental services client. You will operate the backhoe safely on construction and infrastructure projects across the UAE, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety standards.

The ideal candidate holds a UAE Heavy Driving License, has 2–3 years of hands-on experience with JCB backhoes (3CX/4CX or similar), and is available for immediate joining. Travel across Emirates may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE Heavy Driving License (Mandatory).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating Backhoe Loaders (JCB).
• Experience on construction, roadworks or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to travel across Emirates based on project requirements.
• Immediate joining available.
• Physically fit for outdoor work.
• Basic English or Hindi/Urdu communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate Backhoe Loader (JCB) equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform excavation, trenching, backfilling, grading and material handling.
• Carry out daily equipment inspections and report issues.
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the machine.
• Follow site safety regulations and company procedures.
• Work with site engineers and supervisors to complete tasks.
• Operate equipment on various project sites across the UAE.
• Maintain productivity while ensuring safe work practices.
