Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Backhoe Loader JCB-3CX Operator for a Rental Services client based in Al Ain, UAE. The candidate will operate safely on construction and infrastructure projects across the UAE, with immediate joining and a UAE heavy driving license.

The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on experience with JCB models (3CX, 4CX or similar), readiness to travel between Emirates, and strict adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE Heavy Driving License and GCC license.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating Backhoe Loaders (JCB).
• Experience on construction, roadworks or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of load capacity, rigging and signaling for safe crane operation.
• Willingness to travel across UAE or GCC regions and immediate joining preferred.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate Backhoe Loader JCB equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform excavation, trenching, backfilling, grading and material handling.
• Carry out daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues.
• Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of the assigned machine.
• Follow site safety regulations and company procedures.
• Work closely with site engineers and supervisors to complete tasks.
• Operate equipment on various project sites across the UAE.
• Maintain productivity while ensuring safe work practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating backhoe loaders safely and efficiently on various construction and infrastructure projects across the UAE. Candidates must hold a valid UAE Heavy Driving License and be available for immediate joining

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Backhoe Loader JCB equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform excavation, trenching, backfilling, grading and material handling
• Carry out daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues

Requirements

• Mandatory Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating Backhoe Loaders (JCB)
• Experience working on construction, roadworks or infrastructure projects
• Good knowledge of equipment operation and basic daily maintenance
• Ability to work in different Emirates based on project requirements
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors
• Basic communication skills in English or Hindi Urdu are an advantage
• Valid UAE or GCC driving license
• Mandatory no exceptions
• Proven track record of safe and efficient crane operation with demonstrated knowledge of load capacity, rigging and signaling
• Familiarity with JCB models such as JCB 3CX, JCB 4CX, or similar compact and articulated cranes
• Strong understanding of safety protocols, hazard identification and emergency response procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced, outdoor environments
• Physical fitness and ability to work in varying weather conditions and elevated heights
• Willingness to travel and work across different sites within the UAE or GCC region
• Candidates from India, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and other GCC countries are encouraged to apply
• GCC license is compulsory
