Job summary

Biz4d is seeking a Java Backend Developer to build and operate a modern SaaS total cost management platform for airlines. You will work within a multidisciplinary team including PMs, designers, frontend and backend developers, DevOps, and QA engineers.

Responsibilities include designing and developing backend architectures, and maintaining distributed microservices using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and modern DevOps practices. Remote work from Germany is supported.

Qualifications

• Solid programming experience in Java SE 8+.
• Work experience with Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
• Good knowledge and practical experience applying DDD.
• Good knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, test automation.
• Familiar with CQRS and Event Sourcing design patterns (Axon framework a plus).
• Familiar with Maven, Git, Docker containers, Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience with agile development processes.

Responsibilities

• As part of an agile product team, you’ll be responsible for the development and operation of a modern SaaS total cost management solution for Airlines.
• Design and development of modern backend architectures and platforms.
