• Designs, develops, codes, and maintains complex airline application software.
• Develops, codes, tests, and debugs new complex software solutions.
• Works with technical staff to understand and resolve software problems.
• Resolves customer complaints and responds to suggestions for improvements.
• Participates with the development team to demonstrate software.
