Job summary

TopTalent Recruitment - Careers is seeking a driven FX Sales Conversion Agent with Japanese to join our Dubai team. You will promote products, convert high quality leads into customers, and build lasting relationships in a fast-paced financial environment.

The role requires native or fluent Japanese, prior retention experience in Forex/CFD, strong math and negotiation skills, and the ability to meet deadlines and targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent/native in Japanese (oral and written).
• Retention/ops experience in Forex & CFD industry is mandatory.
• Computer literacy and comfort with digital tools.
• Ability to work with deadlines and targets.
• Strong mathematics and quantitative reasoning abilities.
• Excellent objection-handling skills.

REQUIREMENTS

• Native/fluent in Japanese both oral and written.


• Previous Retention experience in Forex & CFD Industry is mandatory
