Job summary

Allocation Assist in Abu Dhabi seeks a Specialist IVF Physician to diagnose infertility, manage IVF/ART cycles, and provide patient-centered fertility care following UAE standards and international best practices.

The ideal candidate will have an MBBS/MD, fellowship in reproductive medicine or IVF, DOH Abu Dhabi license or eligibility, and 3–5 years of IVF experience, with strong English communication and patient counseling skills.

Qualifications

Medical degree MBBS/MD from a recognized institution.
Fellowship/subspecialty training in Reproductive Medicine or IVF.
DOH Abu Dhabi License or eligibility is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Conduct fertility consultations and evaluations for patients and couples.
Develop individualized infertility treatment plans.
Perform IVF/ICSI cycles, ovulation induction, follicular monitoring, egg retrievals, embryo transfers and related ART procedures.
Interpret diagnostic tests including ultrasound, hormones, semen analysis, and genetic screening results.
Collaborate with embryologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure DOH governance compliance.
Provide counseling and emotional support to patients throughout fertility treatment journeys.
Monitor treatment outcomes and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Stay updated with advancements in reproductive medicine and fertility technologies.
