Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a senior Consultant Reproductive Medicine Specialist in Dubai, UAE, to guide advanced fertility care, IVF/ICSI, and fertility preservation within a multidisciplinary women’s health environment.

The role requires significant post-specialization experience, expertise in ultrasound-guided monitoring, and the ability to develop individualized treatment plans across complex infertility cases. A DHA license or eligibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Significant post-specialization experience in reproductive medicine.
• Expertise in IVF, ICSI and assisted reproductive technologies (ART).
• Ability to develop individualized fertility treatment strategies.
• Strong ultrasound and hormonal investigation interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive infertility consultations for female and male patients.
• Develop and adjust IVF/ICSI treatment plans and stimulation protocols.
• Coordinate oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and related procedures.
• Monitor ovarian response with ultrasound and hormonal tests.
• Provide fertility preservation counseling including egg/embryo freezing.
• Collaborate with embryology, genetics, and other fertility specialists.
