Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East seeks an experienced Specialist IVF Physician in Abu Dhabi to diagnose infertility, design individualized fertility programs, and perform ART procedures including IVF and ICSI, working with embryologists and nurses in a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires specialist OB-GYN training with fellowship in Reproductive Medicine or IVF, a DOH Abu Dhabi license or eligibility, and a patient-centered approach aligned with UAE standards.

Qualifications

• Specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynecology with fellowship/subspecialty in Reproductive Medicine or IVF.
• DOH Abu Dhabi license or eligibility mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical IVF/fertility experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct specialist fertility consultations and infertility evaluations.
• Diagnose infertility and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform and manage IVF/ICSI cycles and related ART procedures.
• Coordinate ovulation induction, egg retrieval, and embryo transfer.
• Explain diagnoses and treatment options to patients with empathy and clarity.
• Maintain confidential medical records per DOH Abu Dhabi regulations.
