Job summary

ITP Sport, a brand within ITP Media Group in Dubai, seeks an organized events and campaigns coordinator. You will help manage, plan and operate events and campaigns, including on event days, ensuring alignment with ITP Sport goals.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, scheduling for members, resource allocation, and coordinating with internal brands. Strong multitasking, initiative and communication are essential to succeed in this role.

• Optimize processes and suggest ideas for management and organization.
• Manage resources and allocate staff and equipment.
• Bridge teams within ITP Media Group and associated brands.
• Handle bookkeeping, email management, invoice processing and task tracking.
• Schedule meetings and book conference rooms.
