Swiss Connect Solutions in Dubai seeks a talented Chef to lead a brand-new restaurant inside a 5-star hotel. The ideal candidate brings experience in high-quality modern cuisine and the ability to manage a luxury kitchen.

You will oversee all kitchen operations, develop creative menus, maintain exceptional food quality and presentation, train staff, and ensure hygiene, safety and cost-control. Collaboration with F&B management is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef in fine-dining or luxury hotel.
• Strong culinary skills and creativity.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Culinary degree or relevant professional certification.
