Job summary

Real Estate in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an IT Specialist to set up, manage and troubleshoot its technology systems, networks and software. You will respond to hardware problems, update system software and monitor data and communications across the company.

Duties include reviewing diagnostics, implementing security measures, maintaining certificates and providing staff support, as well as installing and updating software and hardware as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or real estate.
• Experience: UAE Experience 0 to 2 years
• Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
• English - Fluent / Excellent, Arabic - Good

Responsibilities

• Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
• Implement security measures
• Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements
• Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
• Install and update company software and hardware as needed
• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items
• Installing and configuring computer systems
• Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
• Logging customer/employee queries
• Analysing call logs to spot trends and underlying issues
