Job summary
Sanipex Group is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd line support across desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices, locally and remotely. You will support Windows and macOS, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and network infrastructure while assisting with IT projects.
The role requires a minimum of 3 years in IT technical support, strong English communication, and the ability to travel to other group locations when required. A valid driving license is essential.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT technical support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Apple operating systems.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and networking.
- Experience with ITSM ticketing tools and CCTV configuration is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
- Configure and deploy devices, install software, apply updates, and manage onboarding/offboarding.
- Support Windows/macOS environments, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Mobile Device Management.
- Assist network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, access points, and CCTV systems.
- Collaborate with IT Team Lead to resolve issues and drive small IT projects.
