• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience in writing training materials and designing courses in English.
• Awareness of Active Directory and/or Azure.
• Experience of logging tickets in ITSM call logging software.
• Awareness of application delivery tools.

Overview

Our client in Dubai are looking for an experienced IT Support and Learning Analyst to enhance the level of IT support in the region and ensure a reliable and consistent level of service during holidays and unplanned absences. Working closely alongside the current Office Analyst, this role will provide remote and onsite support to the three Middle East offices with frequent travel.

In addition, the successful candidate will deliver induction training to new staff, support ongoing learning initiatives and promote the use of applications. As a member of the global IT team, with a high focus on delivering an excellent level of customer service, the Analyst will work closely with the Dubai IT Team Lead to provide all aspects of IT support and take ownership of IT issues through to resolution. In addition, this role will be responsible for delivering induction training to new staff and demonstrating how available technology can benefit busy lawyers and support staff.
