Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure and network systems
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across the organization
• Implement cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT tickets
• Configure and deploy new systems and applications
• Monitor system performance and optimize IT operations

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in IT support and system administration
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Azure/Linux systems and networking
• Experience with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Technical Skills

• Operating Systems: Installation, configuration, optimization, maintenance of operating systems (Microsoft, Desktop and Windows Version, Server 2012, and above)
• Server Configuration, DHCP DNS, SMB, GPO, Server patching
• Backup solutions, license inventory across the organization
• User Creation, Exchange Server, Azure and Office 365 app support
• Configuration of routers and switches (CISCO): TCP/IP, DHCP Server, LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, STP, VTP, frame, relay, port security, routing, access lists, firewall (next-gen FortiGate)
• Digital devices configuration; Mac OS software maintenance
• Jira ITSM portal configuration and access management
• Qualys patching software
• IronPort Security Portal
