Job Title: Head of IT Services Location: UAE

What We're Looking For: We are looking for a senior technology leader with significant experience (15+ years in a leadership position) within the Banking sector ideally having managed a broad and complex application or technology services estate.

You will bring strong experience across enterprise technology, application/platform management, IT service delivery, vendor management, technology transformation and operational resilience.

Experience across multiple banking domains such as Retail, Corporate/Transaction Banking, Payments, Core Banking, Wealth, Risk, Finance, Compliance and enterprise applications would be highly advantageous.

This is not purely an Engineering or SDLC leadership role. We are particularly interested in executives who have successfully managed the broader technology estate — combining strategy, Run, Change, vendors, investment, resilience and transformation.
