Job summary

Client of Exceed IT Services in the UAE Abu Dhabi seeks a proactive IT Support & SaaS Administrator to maintain HubSpot CRM, manage Microsoft 365, and support business applications.

You will handle user access, configure dashboards, troubleshoot issues, and promote adoption of AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude AI across the organization.

This role combines traditional IT support with SaaS administration to enable sales and operations to run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience administering HubSpot Sales Hub with users, pipelines and dashboards.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration including licenses and access control.
• Strong IT support experience for hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Experience managing SaaS applications and AI tools in a business context.

Responsibilities

• Administer HubSpot Sales Hub including users, permissions, pipelines, workflows and dashboards.
• Manage Microsoft 365 environments: licenses, permissions, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Deliver day-to-day IT support for hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Administer cloud-based SaaS and AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude AI) for business use.
• Oversee user onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning and security controls.
• Coordinate with vendors and aid adoption of new apps and digital solutions.
