Job summary

JAM Event Services in Dubai is seeking an IT Support & AI Integration Assistant for a one-month trial with potential to go full-time. You will join a growing Middle East business building out Microsoft 365 and deploying AI tools.

The role covers Microsoft 365 integration, AI tools training (Claude, ChatGPT and Fathom), and day-to-day IT support, including laptop setup and user access. UAE residence visa required; office-based Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Under five years of relevant IT experience.

• Basic to good working knowledge of Claude, ChatGPT and Fathom.
• Good understanding of Mac and Windows PC.

IT Support & AI Integration Assistant

About the role

Our client is a growing Middle East business of approximately 25 full-time employees. They are building out their Microsoft 365 environment while rolling out several new AI tools across the team, and are looking for a tech-savvy, enthusiastic IT Support & AI Integration Assistant to help them do both.

You will support the wider Microsoft 365 integration, help train and onboard colleagues on the company's AI tools, and handle day-to-day IT support. This is a one-month trial so that both you and the client can confirm the role is the right fit, with the possibility of it becoming a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

Microsoft 365 integration

• Assist with further integration of Microsoft 365 across the business.
• Manage user access and permissions.
• Support colleagues in getting the most from the Microsoft 365 tools they use every day.

AI tools adoption and training

• Help integrate newly adopted AI software into the existing tech stack.
• Train and support employees across the business on AI tools, including Claude, ChatGPT and Fathom.
• Act as the go-to person for practical questions on using AI tools in day-to-day work.

General IT support

• Set up and configure new laptops (Mac and Windows).
• Set up user accounts and assign permissions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues for the team.

About you
