Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management with a focus on IT projects. They will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT projects.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and contractors.
• Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or risks that may arise.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Conduct project reviews and implement improvements based on lessons learned.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in project management and IT.
• Mentor and provide guidance to team members on project management processes and techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on IT projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• PMP certification is a plus.
