CERT is seeking an experienced IT specialist to manage IT operations, strengthen governance, and ensure policy compliance across the organization in the UAE. The role reports to the IT manager and requires leadership in coordinating day-to-day IT activities, audits, and risk management while maintaining robust controls and service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of IT operations and governance experience, strong English (Arabic preferred), and a solid background in policy

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of IT operations, governance, and team coordination experience.
• Proven ability to supervise IT teams and drive task completion.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, service management, and technical support operations.
• Experience developing IT policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
• Familiarity with UAE regulatory and organizational compliance requirements is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic proficiency is preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee and coordinate daily IT operations including infrastructure, support, service delivery, and maintenance.
• Lead and coordinate IT support and development teams to meet priorities.
• Monitor IT service performance, incidents, SLAs, and escalations.
• Identify risks and implement improvements; resolve technical issues.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate IT audits and follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.
• Support IT risk management, cybersecurity governance, and change management.
