Job summary

Solutions Leisure Group is seeking an IT Manager to ensure smooth integration and performance of POS, CRM, ERP and eCommerce systems across the business. You will lead a small IT team, drive innovation, and uphold security and reliability standards across locations.

The role requires hands-on oversight of multi-system integrations, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to support rapid business growth in a dynamic UAE environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years in IT management with at least 1 year leading a small team.
• Experience with POS, CRM, ERP and eCommerce platforms (Shopify).
• Strong IT security, data protection and network infrastructure knowledge.
• Familiarity with multi-location IT operations is a plus.

Job Title: IT Manager

OVERVIEW:

The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth integration and performance of key business systems including POS CRM ERP and eCommerce platforms. Youll also play a crucial role in leading a team of IT professionals driving innovation improving processes and maintaining high standards of security and system reliability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead and support team members and ensure clear communication and alignment on IT priorities and objectives.
• Set goals manage workload distribution and monitor progress to ensure the timely completion of IT tasks and projects.

IT Systems & Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee the integration and optimization of systems like Shopify CRM ERP and POS to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of POS systems across locations.
• Monitor network infrastructure to ensure reliable connectivity and minimal downtime.

Security & Data Management:

• Implement and manage IT security protocols including firewalls and data protection measures to safeguard businesscritical data.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
• Manage the integrity of digital assets and company data to minimize risks and protect sensitive information.

Systems Support & Optimization:

• Support and troubleshoot key systems (POS CRM ERP) to ensure they function optimally and integrate seamlessly with each other.
• Lead the maintenance and improvement of internal communications platforms and collaboration tools to enhance team efficiency.

Education / Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role with at least 1 year of experience in leading a small team.
• Experience with POS systems CRM ERP eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify) and network management.
• Strong understanding of IT security protocols firewalls data compliance and network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with managing IT systems for multilocation organizations is a plus.
