Job summary

DataScience Middle East seeks an experienced IT Lead to oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, security, and operations. You will guide the IT team, align tech with business goals, and ensure reliable, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include managing hardware, software, networks and cloud services; enforcing policies; supervising IT support; coordinating with vendors; driving improvements to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of IT operations or system administration with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, cloud technologies and IT security.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure for enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks and cloud services.
• Supervise IT support activities and ensure timely resolution of issues for end-users.
• Monitor system performance, security and availability to maintain IT operations.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures and security standards.
• Manage user access, permissions and data protection protocols.
• Oversee IT asset management, documentation and system configurations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to implement IT solutions and improvements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance IT systems, processes and infrastructure to support business growth.
