Job summary

You will support the core infrastructure, keep systems secure and performing, and participate in a shift rota to ensure continuous service availability in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory, Exchange, networking and server administration.
• Willing to learn and keep pace with new technologies.
• Flexible and comfortable with shift work.
• Proactive problem-solver with good communication skills.
• Willing to be part of shift based support.

Responsibilities

• Administering and troubleshooting Active Directory, including user, group and policy management.
• Supporting Microsoft Exchange and messaging services.
• Managing and maintaining Windows Server environments.
• Monitoring and resolving network issues across LAN/WAN.
• Working with internal teams to deliver infrastructure improvements and upgrades.
• Taking part in a shift rota to ensure continuous service availability.
