Job summary

AIQU is seeking an IT Infrastructure, Operations & Security Specialist in Abu Dhabi, UAE, to own and support the Microsoft 365 environment, workplace infrastructure and daily IT security operations. The role requires 8+ years in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and related domains, with hands‑on MS365 administration and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across IT infrastructure, workplace technology, operations and cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Relevant Microsoft, Azure, Security, Networking, or IT Service Management certifications preferred.
• Hands‑on experience administering enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with Microsoft security technologies: Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview.
• Experience managing security incidents, external SOC providers, vulnerability remediation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on administration and support of IT and security controls across identity, endpoint, network, application, and data security domains.
• Own administration and operational support of the Microsoft 365 platform, including Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
• Support and maintain network infrastructure, security, connectivity, firewalls and LAN/WLAN services through an MSP model.
• Provide support for workplace technology: Windows/macOS endpoints, enterprise software, collaboration platforms, meeting room tech, printers, end‑user services.
• Manage cybersecurity operations with external SOC providers, incident response, vulnerability management and monitoring.
• Support governance, risk, compliance, audit and business continuity initiatives.
