Job summary

Dautom in Sharjah is seeking an IT Governance, Risk & Compliance professional to lead policy development, risk assessment, and compliance programs aligned with COBIT, ITIL, and UAE standards.

The role focuses on governance documentation, audits, KPI reporting, and digital government alignment with Sharjah Digital Government, TDRA and NESA requirements, requiring 3–7 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, IS, CS or related field.
• 3–7 years in IT governance, compliance or risk management.
• Knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, ISO 38500, ISO 27001, ISO 20000.
• Awareness of NESA and TDRA cybersecurity standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience drafting IT policies and governance docs.
• Excellent communication for leadership reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update IT policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor policy compliance and guide corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic compliance reports for senior leadership.
• Identify IT risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Support IT Strategy and Digital Transformation alignment.
• Create KPIs and dashboards for IT governance.
• Coordinate audits and address findings.
• Ensure alignment with Sharjah Digital Government standards.
