Job summary

Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority is seeking an Emirati IT Executive to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT systems for employees in Ras Al Khaimah. Responsibilities include resolving IT issues, managing devices and endpoints, monitoring system performance, and supporting cybersecurity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Help Desk or IT Support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, servers, and endpoint support.
• Understanding of networking, IT security, patch management, and IT asset management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and resolve IT issues efficiently.
• Maintain and support end-user devices, systems, and workplace technology.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the smooth operation of IT services.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives, software updates, and patching activities.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and coordinate with vendors when required.
• Contribute to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
