Job summary

MAIR Group is seeking a Specialist, Category Buyer - IT to manage low-value, repeat spend across its IT procurement needs in Abu Dhabi. You will drive cost efficiency, supplier performance, and compliance with corporate policies.

You will partner with internal stakeholders, run sourcing, execute POs, monitor supplier KPIs, and support process improvements to reduce cycle times while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years procurement experience, category management or operational buying.
• CIPS, CPSM, CPP, CPPM or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Proficient in ERP procurement modules (SAP, Oracle); MS Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage low-value, repeat spend IT categories and conduct competitive sourcing.
• Execute POs in line with policy and DOA; monitor status and delivery performance.
• Ensure compliance with controls and audit requirements; support process improvements.
• Act as primary contact for internal stakeholders and maintain supplier relationships.
• Monitor supplier KPIs and conduct performance reviews for low-value spend.
