Job summary

Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi seeks a Supplier & Cost Management Specialist - Technology to drive spend governance across software, cloud, infrastructure, telecom and services, partnering with Technology, Finance, Procurement and Business stakeholders.

You will develop forecasts, build business cases (TCO, ROI), lead supplier negotiations, and ensure cost transparency and sustainable savings through data-driven insights and strong financial modelling.

Qualifications

5+ years in Technology Finance, IT Commercial Management or related fields.
Proven track record managing technology spend portfolios and cost optimization.
Experience with large enterprise tech procurement, supplier negotiations, and executive reporting.
Strong Excel-based modelling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end governance of technology expenditure across software, cloud, infrastructure and services.
Develop forecasts, dashboards and executive reports to support budgeting and planning.
Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals and supplier management activities.
Create business cases (TCO, ROI, NPV) for technology investments and transformations.
Identify cost optimization opportunities and sustain savings through analytics.
