Qualifications
- Qualified Lawyer with IP and Trademark expertise, UAE or GCC preferred.
- Proven track record with senior-level client relationships.
- Strong leadership with mentoring abilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset focused on business development.
- Ability to win and maintain clients.
- Deep knowledge of UAE IP laws and international IP frameworks.
- Thrives in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead IP and TMY practice and advise clients across sectors.
- Manage IP litigation, registrations, oppositions, and enforcement.
- Build and maintain client relationships with high-profile clients.
- Mentor junior lawyers and teams to uphold firm standards.
- Collaborate with other practice areas for cross-selling opportunities.
- Stay updated on IP laws and developments locally and internationally.
- Represent the firm at industry events and seminars.
