- Significant IP and Trademark experience, UAE/GCC preferred.
- Proven senior client relationship management.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to win and maintain clients in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE IP laws and international IP frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead IP and TM practice and advise clients across sectors.
- Manage IP litigation, registrations, oppositions, and enforcement.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and service quality.
- Mentor junior lawyers and legal teams.
- Collaborate with other practice areas for cross-selling.
- Stay updated on IP law changes locally and internationally.
